Hello, help po with enrollment (as overload student)

Hello I'm a new member here from the College of Commerce
Guys please help naman po
Kasi bumagsak po ako last year second sem
tapos yung subject na yun is inooffer lang every second sem
so balak ko na siyang itake this second sem and yun lang naman yung bagsak ko po na subject

kaso I'm lost with the process
Ang nagawa ko pa lang is I enrolled as a regular student
then nagfill-up ng "request for overload" form then napapirma ko na po sa Dean ng College namin
Kaso after that ewan ko na gagawin ko
